The Firehouse culture is all about immediate response.  It takes constant vigilance to keep Firefighter training running at operational excellence.  When Firefighters have access to current information they're better prepared and performance improves.  When information is spread across multiple fire servers, computers and 3 ring binders, it ages away in various iterations and multiple files.  The ideaology of this site is for ease of locating and sharing training information.

Recently, the agencies listed above are exploring ideas of sharing training materials with each other to create a large "online library" or "training bookshelf".  Each agency then could pull information and apply it to their Training Program & Calendar, as it relates and applies to their respective Department.   In addition, each Department member could also 'see' what the surrounding Departments are training on (Mutual Aid departments), and become familiar with practices.  Please be patient as we explore this open-source online venue, in an effort to expand resources and increase materials available to all Firefighters.
